I have been using Gastric balloons for over 15 years. The Spatz balloon gives us the advantage of adjustability and is a very deliverable balloon and easy to use. I'm quite happy using this balloon.

Spatz 3 Balloon i have been using for a while now.The main advantage of this balloon is that it is readjustable.The weight loss over 1 year period is higher compared to other balloon in my experience.The removal also is very easy and smooth.The tolerability of the balloon compared to others is much better.

The Spatz balloon is distinguished as a superior intragastric balloon, primarily owing to its prolonged insertion duration and adaptable features. The adjustability is beneficial not only during the initial insertion phase, allowing for the introduction of a smaller fluid volume to mitigate nausea and vomiting, but also later on, permitting an augmentation of fluid volume once the patient has become accustomed to the balloon and the weight loss plateaus. The extended duration of placement enhances its effectiveness in promoting sustained weight maintenance. I am highly satisfied with this balloon.
